Al-u-lite" Portable Stage Specifications: Deck and Ramp Surface: All heat-treated aluminum extrusions with choice of baked on powder coating in textured black non-skid finish or midnight black carpet. Each 4' x 8' section has Integral rib type reinforcement for maximum strength. Bach rib Is 1-1/2" deep, total surface is 3" deep. Bach deck will support 8,000 lbs. of distributed weight, or 250 lbs. per square foot. All ramps have same surface options as stage and are in ADA compliance. 3/4" protected black Velcro™ is provided on full perimeter of stage for optional skirting. Legs: Extruded aluminum (welded construction) cross member assemblies bolted to stage deck with 8", 16", 24", and 32" deck height leg inserts of 1.90" OD extruded aluminum pipe. Inserts lock Into place with a positive hand-tightened knob. Legs are capped at bottom with a plastic plug insert. Ganging Device: Stages are locked together with 4" anodized aluminum slide key mechanism to provide level top and no gap between tops, allowing stage to be joined at any point where edges meet. Steps: Two or three-step stair -unit consists of one-piece welded frame and handrail of heat-treated 1-1/2" extruded aluminum tubing, powder coated with black non-skid powder paint. Steps are 1-1/2" x 9-7/8" anodized aluminum. Units are shipped knocked down and are assembled with zinc-plated steel bolts. Handrails: Handrails are made from 1-1/4" heat-treated aluminum tubing, powder coated with black TGIC polyester paint. Uprights are made from 1-1/2" square tube. Overall dimensions, 48" W x 36" H. Each handrail clamps to stage with hand-tightened bolt. ADA compliant handrails have mid-rail and chair-stop built into handrail.
